Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Downloadable or digital products.
- Perishable goods.
- Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If rejected, we will contact you with the reason and return the item to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
- If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
