All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship to:

• International: Select countries worldwide. Availability and rates are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Canada

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International

• Standard International Shipping: 10–21 business days
• Expedited International Shipping: 5–10 business days

International shipping rates and availability are displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over a qualifying amount. The threshold will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
